The event (TAP) room rate expired on July 16th. Rooms may still be available at the hotel after that date but we cannot guarantee the event rate. There are other hotels in the area. We sincerely need to know how many people to expect so please, register for the event as soon as possible. The Incredible Tapestry's hospitality committee will do its best to arrange for airport (T.F. Green, RI) and Amtrack (Providence, RI) pickups and returns. Please call the Coordinator to make arrangements as soon as possible.
The "ensemble" presenters for the Tapestry include AA's from throughout the U.S. and Canada. Bring your Big book, 12x12 & Service Manual; there will be breakout study groups during the sessions. A special event like this has expenses - hall rental, coffee, printing, postage, etc. In keeping with the spiritual principle of self-support, a modest registration fee is necessary to cover these expenses. We appreciate your understanding.
